Finally!

Well, I finally have the time to blog again...

I have now officially completed my first semester of grad school. I cannot begin to explain the load that left the back of my mind when I got done Wednesday morning. Just getting through Cybermedia Law was a huge achievement, despite the fact that I think I blew the final. I did already get one grade and it was an A, so I think I should be able to avoid academic probation. If they have that for graduate students. They might just kick our asses out. Hmm, should probably find that one out. Either way, I'm just happy to be done for now, knowing that I have a ton of research to do, professors to beg to be on my committee, reading out the ass, a proposal to start writing, and a case study to design. Oh, and I need to do most of this by January 19 and I'm only off of work for 8 days around Christmas. That sounds bad but since I usually only work until 2-3pm and I'm back into a school sleep pattern (i.e. very little) I should have plenty of time to do this. Not to mention that there's really only about 4 people I can stand talking to out here, and they've all taken off for the break. So being here alone will help with the workload. Not that I forgot how lazy I am, just that I'm hoping boredom will be a motivating factor.
